Generally speaking...

Looking for your FIXTURE?

Go to the relevant team level on the Left Navigation Menu (eg Juniors), "fixtures" then select your team and scroll down. These may be altered by FFV at any time throughout the week according to circumstances, so check regularly to stay well-informed. Ground locations are also provided here 

 

If you/your child cannot get to a game ENSURE THAT YOUR COACH IS INFORMED BEFOREHAND. Penalties apply for forfeited games.

Please note that the Mitchell Rangers Football Club home grounds are a designated NO SMOKING area in the interests of health & the comfort of others.
 
Alcohol and dogs are also prohibited from our sporting venue.... Thank you.


Don't forget to WARM UP BEFORE S T R E T C H I N G to minimise risk of injury!

 

Poorly prepared muscles are prone to damage. Don't risk a season on the sidelines from an injury that is easily preventable!

 

Without adequate warm-ups, you put yourself at risk of a muscle being "pulled" or severely damaged before the first throw-in! Stretching allows muscles to receive the extra oxygen needed when a kick or sprint requires fast action.

Water...Water...Water...Water...

 

Water assists in the transporting of oxygen to:

(a) your brain..cause a good player is a thinking player, and
(b) your muscles.


Dehydration is a common cause of headaches, muscle cramping and confusion. By the time you feel thirsty, you may already be inadequately hydrated.

 

REMEMBER YOUR TELSTRA DRINK BOTTLE. Bring it to every game and all training sessions.
